Our Team

Kimeiko came on board in 2002, to design and launch the original Welcome to Weston site. She coordinated site development and communications until 2009.   Thank you for your dedication to the community and motivation to our team at WelcomeToWeston.ca. We value your friendship and wish you and your family great success in the future.

Charlene and Nelson are the newest members to our growing team.  They moved to Weston in October of 2007 and quickly fell in love with the community.  With 2 small children, they have a vested interest in being involved in their community.  As the moderators of this site, they promise to do their best to keep the site up to date with issues that directly or indirectly impact the community of Weston.  Please help make the most of WelcomeToWeston.ca by voicing your concerns, ideas and comments.  Thank you for caring about Weston as much as they we do! Cory has lived in the community for almost four years, and joined the WelcometoWeston team in the summer of 2005. “We chose Weston because we fell in love with the houses, and the location makes it easy to commute anywhere. I have spent my whole life in Toronto, and I have never felt the sense of community that I feel since I’ve moved to Weston. As a stay at home parent who spends a lot of time in the community, I wanted to do my part in promoting and giving back to Weston.”

Regina has been a part of the WelcomeToWeston team since 2004, when she redesigned the site to encompass a modern and yet historical image.  Regina continues to provide ongoing technical support for the WelcomeToWeston Team as they launch the new blog format of WelcomeToWeston. We are grateful for the knowledge and skills Regina brings to the team.

Gary has been living in Weston since 1995. Recognizing the need for a community site, he registered the domain name. Gary continues to pay site hosting fees, with some assistance from donors. He is also the site photographer. Contact Gary if you would like to make a donation to this site.
